Andrew Rawson has extensive work experience in various senior leadership roles. Andrew is currently the Co-Founder and Chief Learning Officer at Traliant, a venture-backed organization specializing in online compliance training. Prior to this, from 2013 to 2015, they served as the Global Head of Compliance Learning at Thomson Reuters, where they successfully expanded the business and launched propositions in multiple countries. Before that, they had leadership positions at Superior Lithographics, Coscan Homes, RightAnswers, Business Layers, IPHighway, and Magic Solutions, primarily in marketing and business development roles. In each position, they demonstrated a strong track record of restructuring and improving operations, implementing lean manufacturing techniques, and achieving significant business growth.

Andrew Rawson received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics from Connecticut College. Prior to attending college, they attended Roslyn High School. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Information Security and Data Privacy, as well as Prevention of Discrimination & Sexual Harassment, from Traliant.
