Rafael Garcia

Rafael Garcia is an experienced IT professional with a focus on IT management, security, and data privacy. Currently serving as the IT Manager and IT Security/Data Privacy Manager at TRAM Barcelona since October 2003, Rafael also teaches at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, specializing in Smart Cities and Cybersecurity. In addition, Rafael works as an Information Technology Training Consultant at The Knowledge Academy and is a member of ISACA Barcelona Chapter with certifications in CISM and CDPSE.
