Lee Ferguson

Lee Ferguson has a strong background in real estate development and investment. Lee worked at Trammell Crow Company from 2014 to present, initially as a Development Manager and later promoted to Vice President and then Senior Vice President. In their current role, Lee is responsible for sourcing and structuring new development opportunities in Colorado and Utah. Prior to joining Trammell Crow Company, Lee worked as a Project Manager at Marsh & Associates, Inc. from 2010 to 2014. Lee also served as a Project Manager at WAA Architects, LLC from 2008 to 2010 and at Marsh & Associates, Inc. from 2006 to 2008. Lee began their career at Alta Architects as an Intern Architect from 2004 to 2006.

Lee Ferguson received a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from Texas Tech University, which they completed between 2001 and 2004. Lee later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Texas McCombs School of Business from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, in June 2009, Ferguson obtained a certification as a LEED Accredited Professional from the Green Building Research Institute (GBCI).
