Richard Fell

Richard Fell has extensive experience in the real estate and investment industry. Richard is currently working as the Head of European Commercial Capital Markets at Trammell Crow Company since October 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Head of European Logistics Capital Markets at the same company from July 2022 to October 2023.

Before joining Trammell Crow Company, Richard served as the Vice President at Clarion Partners Europe from June 2019 to June 2022. Richard also worked as an Investment Professional at Brydell Partners from February 2015 to May 2019.

Richard started their career as an Analyst at Curzon Advisers from May 2014 to February 2015, and earlier, they worked at Tristan Capital Partners as an Analyst from July 2013 to May 2014.

Richard Fell obtained their Master of Philosophy (MPhil) degree in Real Estate Finance from the University of Cambridge from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they pursued a BSc Hons degree in Investment & Finance in Property from Henley Business School, The University of Reading, completing it from 2009 to 2012. Richard's earlier academic journey began at Lancaster Royal Grammar School, where they completed their GCSE, AS, and A2 qualifications from 2001 to 2008.
