Steve Sieber

Steve Sieber is a Principal at Trammell Crow Company in Portland since August 2005, where responsibilities include sourcing and managing industrial and office development and investment opportunities primarily in Oregon and Southwest Washington. Sieber oversees the entire development and investment process, which encompasses economic analysis, market research, feasibility analysis, project finance, and capital structuring, along with due diligence, project entitlements, leasing, and disposition. Prior to TCC, Sieber served as a Vice President focused on commercial real estate development in the Pacific Northwest and worked as a Project Manager at Devcon Construction, overseeing design and construction of commercial projects in Silicon Valley. Sieber's career also includes experience as a Project Engineer/Manager for heavy construction projects in the San Francisco Bay Area. Sieber holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the same institution.
