Tom Nieswander

Tom Nieswander is an accomplished executive in the construction and development management sectors, currently serving as Executive VP of Development Management at Trammell Crow Company since February 2017. Previously, Tom held various leadership roles at SNC-Lavalin, including Vice President of Construction for the Power sector, where responsibilities involved global integration of standardized construction practices and the implementation of lean construction methodologies. Tom's extensive experience also includes positions as General Manager at Enron, where a self-perform construction division was successfully established, and roles in project and construction management at NEPCO and Zurn/NEPCO. Tom's career began as a Field Engineer at Wismer & Becker / Atkinson Mechanical. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business & Construction from Oregon State University.
