Senior Vice President- Development & Investment at Trammell Crow Company

Woody Coley has a diverse and extensive work experience in various companies. Woody initially worked at Trammell Crow Company from 1981 to 2007 as a Senior Managing Director. Woody then joined Plum Creek Timber in 2007 as the VP-Bioenergy until 2009. From 2009 to 2018, they served as the Managing Partner/Founder at Value² Partners, LLC. During their time there, they were involved in numerous projects, including the acquisition of apartment projects in Atlanta, the development of the IAAPA Orlando Global Headquarters Building, and advisory roles for various organizations such as the Research Triangle Park and the State of NC. Finally, they returned to Trammell Crow Company in 2018 as a Senior Vice President- Development & Investment.
