Yulia Boldyreva is a highly experienced accounting professional with expertise in real estate and corporate finance. Currently a Senior Accountant at Trammell Crow Company since August 2021, Yulia manages daily operations within the Development Accounting Department, handling general ledger tasks, investor reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations. Previously, Yulia held senior accounting positions at CBRE, Digital Realty, and Colliers International, focusing on portfolio accounting, financial statement preparation, and month-end closes. With a strong foundation in accounting, Yulia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma, along with additional educational credentials from The University of Texas at Dallas and Russian University of Cooperation.
