Debbie Suchoff

Debbie Suchoff, SHRM-SCP, has a wealth of experience in human resources and project management. Debbie is currently the Head of HR at Tramontina USA, Inc., a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Kongsberg Digital from 2007 to 2023, where they held various HR roles, including Human Resources Business Partner, HR Manager, and Project Controller. Debbie's expertise lies in developing successful HR initiatives, supporting leaders and executives, and implementing best practices in organizational development, employee relations, diversity, and change management. Before joining Kongsberg Digital, Debbie was a Staff Accountant at Santos, Ltd., where they prepared financial statements and provided management with financial information.

Debbie Suchoff, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting and Computer Science from the University of Texas at El Paso. Debbie has also pursued continuing education at the University of Houston. Additionally, Debbie Suchoff has obtained the SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP certifications from the Society of Human Resources Management, with the SHRM-SCP certification being achieved in 2018.
