Jim Navarrete

Jim Navarrete, MBA, currently serves as the Sr. Sales & Forecast Manager at Tramontina USA, Inc., a position held since June 2019. Prior to this role, Jim was employed at Academy Sports + Outdoors from June 2013 to June 2019, where responsibilities included Demand Planning Forecast Analyst and Replenishment Analyst, focusing on inventory management and demand analysis. Jim’s earlier experience includes working as a Buyer at Handy Hardware Wholesale and as a Procurement Buyer at Starpak, Ltd., where responsibilities encompassed contract negotiations and inventory control. Jim holds an MBA in International Finance and a BBA in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Houston-Victoria, as well as an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Lone Star College.
