Saira Paz

Saira Paz is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Little Bear Produce since June 2024. Previously, Saira held the position of Human Resources Manager at Maple Leaf Farms from August 2017 to March 2023, after starting as a Human Resources Generalist in the same company. In addition to human resources roles, Saira served as a Foster Parent for the Indiana Department of Child Services from January 2021 to March 2023 and worked as a Senior Member Advisor (Bilingual) at Interra Credit Union in 2015. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Administrative Assistant for the City of McAllen, TX, from February 2013 to March 2015. Saira is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of the People, with an expected graduation date in May 2027, and holds a high school diploma from Psja Early College High School.
