Aenis Harris

Aenis Harris is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in the HVAC industry and beyond. Currently serving as VP of HR Commercial HVAC Americas at Trane Technologies since February 2024 and as Vice President of Human Resources at Thermo King, Aenis previously led HR strategies for Trane's Commercial North America sector, managing a $5B business with 7,000 employees. Aenis has held various leadership roles at Ingersoll Rand, focusing on HR strategies for North America and EMEA supply chains. Prior experiences include HR leadership positions at Bank of America, Ocean Spray Cranberries, and Shaw's Supermarkets, where Aenis managed labor relations and employee support for large organizations. Aenis co-founded ECC Life and Style, a luxury lifestyle apparel company, and holds a BS in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Bridgewater State University.
