Alexander Zankl

Alexander Zankl has extensive experience in the HVAC industry, currently serving as Leader Air and Leader Marine, Rail and Air Aftermarket at Trane Technologies since February 2018, and also holding the position of Commercial Leader Global Rail HVAC. Prior to this role, Zankl spent nearly 18 years at Ingersoll Rand in various capacities, including Manager Key Accounts Rail HVAC, Director Aftermarket EMEIA, Regional Director Northern Europe, and Area Manager for Southern Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Zankl began his career as a Product Manager at Engelmann Sensor GmbH from September 1998 to March 2000. Alexander Zankl holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Communication Technologies from HTWG Hochschule Konstanz, where studies were completed between 1992 and 1994.
