Allison Flannery

Allison Flannery, MS-HRM, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Regional Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Trane Technologies. Previous roles include Studio & Talent Operations Manager at Grit Fitness and Director of Human Assets at Trinity Basin Preparatory. Flannery has substantial experience in talent management from multiple positions at Teach For America, where responsibilities included Director of Talent Recruitment and Director of Institute Operations & Talent.
