Christina Sherlock

Christina Sherlock is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and analytics within the technology and industrial sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Field Operations at Trane Technologies since March 2020, Christina has held various leadership roles focused on sales process optimization and analytics. Prior to this, Christina spent nearly 14 years at Ingersoll Rand, where key contributions included leading sales management transformation, global strategic analytics, and customer satisfaction initiatives, impacting an organization with annual revenues of $3 billion. Christina also holds a Global MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School and a BS in Marketing and International Business from Penn State University.
