Corey Whisler

Corey Whisler, CISA, currently serves as the Senior Manager of IT Audit & IT SOX Compliance at Trane Technologies, a position held since May 2018. Responsibilities include planning and executing global IT audit activities, coordinating annual internal management testing cycles, and delivering high-quality work for external audits. Prior to this role, Corey worked as an IT Audit Manager at Trane Technologies, focusing on identifying automated controls and enhancing efficiency through data analytics. Corey’s earlier experience includes a tenure at KPMG US, where the role of Manager IT Audit and Assurance involved managing IT audits, ensuring compliance with SOX 404, and coordinating vendor assessments. Corey started at KPMG as a Senior Associate, participating in business process evaluations and control testing. Corey holds a B.S. in Business Information Technology from Virginia Tech.
