Costantino Florio

Costantino Florio is an accomplished Engineering Director with extensive experience in the engineering and project management fields. Currently serving as Engineering Director of the Conselve Plant at Trane Technologies since April 2017, Costantino previously held the same title at Thermocold, a brand under Trane Technologies, from November 2013 to September 2023. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Project Manager at Saint-Gobain, focusing on the development and industrialization of railway products, and as Project Manager at Sintesi SpA, managing high-tech component and system projects for industrial robotics. Costantino began a career as a Researcher at the Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche, specializing in laser and inertial measurement technologies. Educational qualifications include a Master in Business Management & Strategy from 24ORE Business School, a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, and a degree in Electrical Engineering from Politecnico di Bari.
