Daryl van Brocklin

Daryl Van Brocklin currently serves as the Model Based Factory Leader at Trane Technologies since October 2025. Prior to this role, Daryl accumulated extensive experience at Thermo King from August 2003 to October 2025, holding positions such as COE Leader in Design Optimization & Modeling, Compressor & Test Engineering Manager, Test Engineering Manager, and Sr. Reliability Process Engineer. Previous experience includes a tenure at Siemens Healthcare from May 2000 to August 2003 as a Sr. Product Support Engineer, and at Siemens Energy & Automation from February 1997 to May 2000 as Engineering Supervisor and Manufacturing Engineer. Daryl began a career at Square D Company as a Manufacturing/Process Engineer from May 1992 to February 1997. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Systems from the University of St. Thomas, a Bachelor’s degree in Electro/Mechanical Systems from the University of Northern Iowa, and an Associate degree in Electronics/Electrical from North Iowa Area Community College.
