Don Hartlen

Don Hartlen, P.Eng., has a diverse background in engineering and project management, with experience spanning various roles since the early 2000s. Don was a Teaching Assistant at both Saint Mary's University and Dalhousie University, assisting undergraduate and diploma students. Don's professional experience includes significant positions at Black & McDonald Limited as an HVAC-R Engineer and Mechanical Project Manager, where Don specialized in design-build and multi-trade projects. Don advanced to leadership roles at Gil-Son Construction Limited and ATL REFAC, focusing on business development and strategic growth. Currently, Don serves as a Turnkey Developer & Project Manager at Trane Technologies, overseeing a broad range of solutions for client partners. Don holds a Diploma of Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Saint Mary's University and Dalhousie University, respectively.
