Donna Staarup Bossman has extensive experience in engineering and technology leadership, currently serving as the Chiller Engineering Product Growth Team Leader and Director of Engineering Excellence at Trane Technologies since July 2020. Previous leadership roles at Ingersoll Rand included Director of Technologies and Standards and Director of Materials & Chemistry Network of Excellence, focusing on strategic technology initiatives and developing engineering capabilities for sustainable growth. Donna's career highlights include significant contributions to materials engineering, additive manufacturing strategy, and engineering leadership within HVAC product design. With a PhD in Chemistry, Materials Science, and Engineering from the University of Minnesota, and a BS in Math & Chemistry from Auburn University, Donna combines technical expertise with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in engineering practices.
