Erika Horton

Erika Horton is an experienced Splunk Security Engineer at Trane Technologies since September 2019, focusing on the development and monitoring of global cyber security programs and managing the Splunk SOAR platform. Prior to that, Erika served as a Senior Splunk Architect and Application Engineer at August Schell Enterprises, Inc., where the emphasis was on customer enablement and scalable architecture. Earlier roles include Service Desk/LAN Administrator at ManTech, Independent Verification and Validation tester at CONVERGENT SOLUTIONS, INC, and Information Systems Technician in the U.S. Navy, with responsibilities spanning application support, systems administration, and personnel management. Erika holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from George Mason University and Strayer University.
