Erin Socha

Erin Socha is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, Corporate Contracts and General Counsel for Trane Supply Americas at Trane Technologies since March 2020. Prior to this role, Erin held various positions at Ingersoll Rand from November 2011 to March 2020, including Associate General Counsel for Commercial HVAC and Corporate Counsel for the Compressed Air Strategic Business Unit. Additional experience includes work as Corporate Counsel Consultant at Denver Global Products, Commercial Counsel at GE Healthcare, and an Assistant Project Attorney with the Coalition of Wisconsin Aging Groups. Erin began a legal career with internships at Dempsey, Williamson, Kelly & Hertel, LLP, and Husqvarna Consumer Products North America. Education includes a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School and a B.A. in English and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
