James Soniat

James Soniat is an experienced operations and process engineering leader with a career spanning over three decades in various manufacturing sectors. Initial experience at 3M Company involved process improvements in polyester batch reactors and film making. Subsequent roles at FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation encompassed management of three factories and capital investment oversight. Soniat has successfully implemented safety measures and operations management at Fisher Barton Group, where responsibilities included overseeing two manufacturing sites and managing significant sales. Contract work at True North Operations involved consulting for manufacturing businesses and launching operations for a surgical pack producer. Additional managerial roles at Bodycote, BFGoodrich/Michelin, Trane Technologies, T&S Brass, Bostik, M.J.MAILLIS GROUP, and Iljin USA Corporation further established expertise in operations management and production processes.
