John Terry

John Terry is an experienced compliance professional with a strong background in conducting internal investigations. Currently serving as Director Global Compliance Investigations at Trane Technologies since April 2014, John oversees all internal investigations related to compliance and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and provides quarterly reports to the executive leadership team. Previously, John held a similar position at Ingersoll Rand and served as Global Manager Compliance Investigations, where responsibilities included managing worldwide investigations and reporting to the Board of Directors' Audit Committee. Additional experience includes senior management at Harsco Corporation, overseeing compliance investigations globally, and a long tenure with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, where John managed covert operations. Early career experience includes serving as a police officer with the Willingboro, NJ Police Department. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from The College of New Jersey.
