Josef H.

Josef H. is an experienced leader in the field of electrification and sustainability, currently serving as the Electrification Commercialization Leader at Trane Technologies since July 2023, where the focus is on advancing electrification in the Residential SBU. Prior to this role, Josef H. was the Manager of Smart Electrification at Central Iowa Power Cooperative, where significant sustainability programs were developed to decarbonize home heating and transportation, achieving record high program KPIs and substantial savings in energy consumption. Previous experience includes managing energy efficiency programs at Alliant Energy, creating a KPI dashboard as an MBA Finance Intern at General Motors, supervising operations at Kinder Morgan, and leading teams in the US Army. Josef H. holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA in Finance from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business.
