Kathy Wehrs has extensive experience in operations and product fulfillment within the HVAC industry, currently serving as the Product Growth Team Operations Leader and Strategic Projects Manager at Trane Technologies since January 2014, where responsibilities encompass various operational aspects including distribution, material planning, and manufacturing. Prior roles include Product Fulfillment Manager at both Trane Company and Ingersoll Rand, and Material Manager at Ingersoll Rand Climate Solutions from 2009 until January 2014. In earlier career stages, Kathy held the position of Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis for Global Parts at The Trane Company. Kathy Wehrs earned a degree from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse between 1978 and 1982.
