Kelly Donahue

Kelly Donahue, MBA, has extensive experience in service coordination and project management within the HVAC industry, currently serving as a Service Estimator at Trane Technologies since February 2020. Previously, as the Service Coordinator Team Leader for the Georgia-Alabama District at Trane, Donahue led a team of Service Coordinators, managed customer complaints, and drove employee development through coaching and training initiatives. Donahue's earlier role as a Service Coordinator at Trane-Ingersoll Rand involved coordinating service-related projects, maintaining customer satisfaction, and implementing best practices for the service team. Additionally, experience as a Fleet Manager at Central Refrigerated Services, Inc. contributed to leadership skills in managing personnel and performance issues.
