Kent Faulkner

Kent Faulkner is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in database administration and management. Currently serving as the Database Solutions Leader at Trane Technologies since May 2020, Kent has played a pivotal role in the transformation process following the company's split from Ingersoll Rand. With a career spanning several years, Kent has held various leadership positions, including Manager of Global Database & Application Administration at Ingersoll Rand and Manager of Global Database Administration for DXC Technology, overseeing significant IT infrastructure transitions. Kent's earlier roles include managing database services for Ingersoll Rand's diverse sectors and leading teams focused on customer service and application support. Kent began a professional journey at Andersen Consulting as a Senior Consultant, gaining valuable experience in systems development. Kent holds a Bachelor’s degree in Data Processing and Accounting from Stephen F. Austin State University.
