Lauren Darnall

Lauren Darnall is an award-winning talent brand builder and storyteller currently serving as the Global Talent Marketing Leader at Trane Technologies. They previously held roles such as Head of Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing at KeHE Distributors and Employer Brand & Innovation Lead at Aramark, where they developed strategies for talent attraction and employee experience. Lauren also contributed to Cummins Inc. as a Global Employer Brand Associate and Digital Communications Specialist, enhancing brand engagement through innovative digital strategies. As the Board Chair of the Talent Marketing Board, Lauren collaborates with industry peers to drive innovation in employer branding and recruitment marketing. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Communication and Media Studies from Indiana University.
