Marcelo Javier Martinez

Marcelo Javier Martinez is an accomplished executive in the HVAC industry with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple regions, including the Americas and Latin America. Currently serving as Vice President of Smart Services Commercial HVAC Americas and Vice President of HVAC Latin America at Trane Technologies since January 2020, Marcelo has previously held significant positions at Ingersoll Rand, where responsibilities included Territory Vice President for Central America, the Caribbean, and South America. Marcelo’s career began at Trane, where roles included District Manager overseeing various South American countries. Marcelo also held leadership positions at Cidef and served as Director at SMU S.A. Marcelo holds an MBA from Universidad del CEMA and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires.
