Matthew Vann

Matthew Vann is an accomplished operations manager with extensive experience in multiple industries, including manufacturing and defense. Currently serving as Focus Factory Manager at Trane Technologies since April 2024, Matthew previously held the position of Lexington Site Director of Operations and Sr Operations Manager at Apex Tool Group, LLC from November 2021 to April 2024. Prior to that, Matthew spent over a decade at Michelin as Plant Operations Manager and Production Ramp-up Coordinator, where responsibilities included ensuring plant operations and meeting production goals. Earlier roles included management positions at Avery Dennison and a distinguished service in the United States Marine Corps as an F/A-18 Quality Assurance Representative and Avionics Technician. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Columbia Southern University, earned between 2006 and 2010.
