Michael Leach

Michael Leach, P.E. serves as the Regional Controls Sales Manager for Trane Technologies in Florida, overseeing multiple sales and fulfillment teams with P&L responsibility since January 2021. Prior to this role, Michael held various positions at Tampa Bay Trane, including Systems Sales Manager and Controls Contracting Operations Manager, managing operations and sales teams with P&L oversight from December 2009 to December 2020. Michael began a professional career as a Captain in the U.S. Marine Corps, serving as an Artillery Officer and Iraqi Military Advisor from November 2005 to November 2009. Educational background includes an MBA from the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business, completed in 2019, and a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, and Sales Engineering obtained in 2005.
