Michael Merritt

Michael Merritt currently serves as the Director of Pricing at Trane Technologies, a position held since March 2020, where responsibilities include price management and strategy for Commercial HVAC products across various sales channels and regions in North America, alongside overseeing a team of Pricing Strategists. Prior to this role, Michael held the same title at Ingersoll Rand from March 2010 to March 2020, managing similar pricing strategies and teams. Additionally, from 2003 to 2010, Michael worked at Trane in roles including Global Unitary Pricing, Product Planning, and Support, as well as serving as the Light Commercial Portfolio Leader. Michael holds a degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
