Chelsea Devey has a diverse work experience in customer service roles. Chelsea started their career as a Customer Service Representative at TAC Air from 2006 to 2008, where they provided high-intensity customer service to aircraft pilots and crew. Chelsea then joined Andrus Transportation as a Customer Service Representative from 2008 to 2010, where they handled customer inquiries, resolved complaints, and managed customer accounts. Chelsea then progressed to become a Customer Service Team Lead at Andrus Transportation from 2010 to 2011, where they provided support to management and set an example of excellent customer service. Currently, Chelsea is serving as the Director of Customer Service at Andrus Transportation since 2011, where they manage the Customer Service Representatives and ensures exceptional customer service delivery. Chelsea is skilled in monitoring job performance, making quick decisions, and using critical thinking to solve complex problems. Additionally, Chelsea briefly served as a Social Media Manager at Andrus Transportation from 2019 to 2021, further showcasing their versatility in different roles.
Chelsea Devey attended Alta High School from 1999 to 2002, where they obtained their Diploma. After high school, they enrolled at Dixie State University in 2002 and completed coursework in Communication and Media Studies by 2003.
