Mike Soucy has extensive experience in service operations and digital transformation, currently serving as a Digital Transformation Leader at Trane Technologies since August 2007, where previous roles included Project Manager and HVAC Service Team Lead. In addition to these responsibilities, Mike Soucy joined the Advisory Board of Service Council™ in March 2025, contributing to service innovation and leadership in customer management. Prior to this, Mike Soucy served in the US Navy as a Maintenance Officer from December 1999 to August 2007, overseeing daily operations and efficiency in a correctional facility. Early career experience included a role as a Welder at Thomas Hydraulic and Welding.
