Shahid Ali is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in wiring harness design and engineering. From August 2020 to June 2022, Shahid served as a Senior Design Engineer at RGBSI (LAM Research), where responsibilities included complete power box harness routing and harness validation through various design proposals. Currently, Shahid holds the position of Associate Technical Lead at Trane Technologies since July 2022. Previously, from June 2019 to February 2020, Shahid worked as a Senior Wiring Harness Engineer at QuEST Global, focusing on large mining truck wiring harness updates, 3D modeling, and quality checks. Shahid's career began at Tech Mahindra, where from June 2011 to May 2019, design expertise in home appliances wiring harnesses was developed, particularly in the use of Creo for 3D design and schematic creation. Shahid holds a Diploma in Metallurgy from VISSJ Govt. Polytechnic and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from BMS College of Engineering.
