Tom Gallant

Tom Gallant serves as the Vice President of Engineering & Technology at Trane Technologies, a role focused on addressing sustainability challenges within the heating and cooling industries. Prior experience includes positions at Ingersoll Rand, where Tom led engineering and operations for commercial HVAC development laboratories, achieving exceptional safety performance and enhancing operational effectiveness. Early career roles involved significant contributions at Trane, including leadership in acoustics engineering and development engineering, as well as experience at Ford Motor Company as an NVH Development Engineer. Tom holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
