John Stokes

John Stokes is a seasoned podiatrist and sports rehabilitator with over a decade of experience in sports medicine and injury management. Currently serving as a podiatrist at Arno & North Coast Podiatry since February 2022, John also holds a position as First Team Sports Rehabilitator and Podiatrist at Tranmere Rovers FC, where responsibilities include prehabilitation and rehabilitation for elite athletes. With a background that includes assessing match referees for The Football Association and previous roles at clubs such as Widnes Vikings Rugby League and Wigan Warriors, John combines expertise in podiatry and sports rehabilitation, complemented by education in podiatry from The University of Salford and a Bachelor of Science in Sports Rehabilitation from The University of Bolton. Additionally, John's long tenure as a firefighter with Merseyside Fire & Rescue Service highlights strong community engagement and leadership skills.
