Prior to this venture, Marlene spent five years at NOS SGPS, where they excelled in various marketing and project management roles, contributing significantly to customer experience and product development. Marlene graduated with a Master's degree in Marketing from ISEG and completed an intensive Business Sustainability Management program at the University of Cambridge, further refining their expertise in sustainability and entrepreneurship.
