Miguel Lince

Miguel Lince has a diverse work experience in the field of data science and actuarial pricing. Miguel is currently employed at Generali as the Head of Data Science, starting in September 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Tranquilidade, where they held various roles including Lead Data Scientist, Senior Data Scientist, and Non-life Pricing Actuary from August 2018 to November 2021. Before joining Tranquilidade, they worked at Mind Source as a Data Scientist and Junior BI consultant from July 2015 to August 2018.

Miguel Lince completed their education at NOVA IMS Information Management School. Miguel obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Management from 2013 to 2017. Miguel then pursued further studies and completed a Master's degree in Data Science from 2021 to 2023. Miguel Lince also obtained several certifications, including MLOps Deployment and Life Cycling from DataCamp in 2023, Scrum Master Certified from Generali Italia in 2022, and Generali Future Owners Leadership Training from INSEAD in 2021. Miguel also received certifications in Advanced Reporting and Dashboarding Data with Dossiers from MicroStrategy in 2019, and in Applying Data Mining Techniques using SAS Enterprise Miner from SAS in 2015. In 2015, they also completed a course in Excel and Information Research and Reference at NOVA IMS Information Management School.
