Miguel Reynolds Brandão has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Miguel started their career as a Summer Intern at Deloitte Consultores, S.A. in 2011. Later, they joined Clube De Rugby do Técnico as a Head Coach and Founder, where they trained and coached youth teams from 2010 to 2014.

In 2014, Miguel joined Ocidental Grupo and held various positions, including Strategy & Business Development. Miguel coordinated strategic projects, managed teams, and facilitated communication between stakeholders and the Executive Committee. Additionally, they were responsible for business development, preparing business cases, and negotiating partnerships.

Miguel later moved to Tranquilidade, where they served as a Commercial Transformation Manager and Claims Transformation Manager.
