Tomás Alves has a diverse work experience, starting in 2011 with a summer internship at Galp Energia where they monitored a pilot campaign and created a daily dashboard. Tomás continued their internship at Galp Energia in 2012, working in marketing and operational business, analyzing campaigns, improving the website, and managing content for newsletters. Also in 2012, they had a summer internship in the strategic planning department, assisting in the long-term strategic planning and benchmarking.

In 2013, Tomás had a one-month traineeship at ZON TV Cabo, where they presented new ideas for implementation in IRIS and conducted national and international benchmarking analysis.

In 2014 and 2015, Tomás worked as a Google Account Manager and Audience Manager at Revshare - Audience Network.

From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a consultant at MARKETIVIDADE - Marketing, Comunicação e Vendas, Lda.

Then, from 2015 to 2019, they held various roles at NOS SGPS, including Trainee Customer Service Digital Channels, Brand Communication Assistant, Social Media Manager, and Digital Channels Project Manager. In these positions, they developed customer service strategies, coordinated social media teams, participated in continuous improvement projects, and analyzed key performance indicators.

Most recently, Tomás worked at Tranquilidade as a Product Owner, Digital Marketing Performance & CRO, Digital Projects Manager from December 2020 and is currently with LOGO as a Digital Transformation & Product Owner. In this role, they focus on the digital transformation of LOGO's online channels and optimizing traffic, commercial opportunities, and conversion rates through various strategies including organic and paid media acquisition, partnerships, mobile app development, website optimization, and testing new customer journeys.

Tomás Alves earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidade Nova de Lisboa, where they attended from 2009 to 2013. Tomás later pursued a Master in Administration with a major in Marketing at Universidade Católica Portuguesa from 2013 to 2014.
