Trans Affirm is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing equity, access, and well-being for transgender and gender-diverse individuals across Idaho — especially in rural and underserved areas.

Founded in 2024, Trans Affirm provides gender-affirming resources, support, and education through community outreach, pop-up events, and statewide partnerships. Our programs include free access to transition wear (binders, bras, and other essentials), professional-led virtual support groups, resource fairs, and collaborations with local and Indigenous 2-Spirit communities.

We’re driven by a simple mission: to make gender-affirming care, connection, and information accessible to everyone — no matter their zip code, income, or identity.

Areas of Focus:

-Gender-affirming resource distribution

-Community health and harm reduction (Narcan, Plan B, condoms, testing access)

-Educational workshops for allies, providers, and businesses

-Rural outreach and equity partnerships

-Youth and adult support programming
