Randy Ranshaw

Randy is a retired Air Force Staff Sargent who joined the Trans Ash Team in 1993 and has 30 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance and management. He has extensive experience in all aspects of heavy equipment servicing and repairs, equipment acquisition, shop management, and fleet management.

As the Equipment Manager, he is responsible for oversite of the central repair facility and management of the Trans Ash equipment fleet which consists of over 1,000 machines, and the Field Equipment Managers.

Randy took Diesel Engine Technology at University of Northwestern Ohio.
