Steven Guérin

Steven Gu is currently a Software Test Engineer at GEMMACON North America Inc. since July 2024. Prior experiences include a Developer role at Crafty, where a GPT-powered web service for woodworking projects was developed, and a Software Engineering Intern position at New Muses Project, focusing on creating a reusable Remix component library. As a Full Stack Engineer at DISC NU, Steven led the development of a web application for managing food inventory and user records. Previous internships at Northwestern University involved bioinformatics research in the Hartmann Lab and laboratory assistance in the Bass Lab. Steven holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Computational & Systems Biology from Northwestern University.
