Pablo Garcia has extensive work experience in the logistics and transportation industry. Pablo started their career in 1998 at Performance Team, where they held various roles, including Load Planner, Sr. Operations Manager, Director of Operations, and Sr. Director of Operations. In these positions, they managed large facilities, transportation fleets, and yard services for multiple retail customers, achieving milestones such as leading the company's entry into dedicated fleet services and overseeing a major import deconsolidation program. Pablo also played a key role in implementing green initiatives and ensuring operations ran at or above industry safety standards.
In 2021, Pablo joined A.P. Moller - Maersk as the Vice President of Operations, overseeing a wide range of services and managing two facilities with a total area of over 1.3 million square feet. Pablo was responsible for generating $150 million in annual sales.
Currently, Pablo holds the position of Vice President of Operations at Trans International Trucking & Distribution Inc. starting from 2023.
From 1992 to 1995, Pablo Garcia attended UCLA, where they studied History. In 2005, they enrolled in Dale Carnegie Training for Leadership Training for Managers.
