Dan Dekker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in procurement and account management within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Procurement Manager at Trans-Matic Mfg since April 2020, Dan oversees procurement activities for direct components and subcontracted needs, managing an annual tooling budget of $3 million. Previously, Dan held positions as Account Manager, focusing on business development for over 30 customers, primarily in the Japanese automotive sector, and as Product Launch Engineer, coordinating advanced quality planning and product approval processes for automotive clients. Dan holds an MBA in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Western Michigan University.
