Caitlin Besler is a seasoned professional in land administration with extensive experience in various roles within the industry. Currently serving as a Senior Land Analyst at Trans Mountain since September 2024, Caitlin previously held positions such as Project Manager and Lead Surface Administrator at Evolve Surface Strategies Inc. from May 2017 to August 2024. Earlier experience includes roles as Senior Land Administrator (Consultant) at Jericho Land Ltd., Manager of Land Administration at Marquee Land Services Ltd., and Land Administrator at Bridge Land & Energy Services Ltd. From 2011 to 2010, Caitlin worked in surface administration at Legacy Oil + Gas Inc. and Britt Land Services, respectively. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Fine/Studio Arts and Philosophy from The University of Lethbridge, along with a diploma in Land Administration from Olds College and studies in General Arts at Mount Royal University.
