Doris Kwan, BA MSc, is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in human resources and executive search. Currently serving as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at Trans Mountain since September 2019, Doris leads a team focused on delivering exceptional service while developing hiring strategies to support organizational growth and major projects. Previously, Doris held roles including Team Lead in Talent Acquisition and Senior Human Resources Advisor, providing strategic guidance to business leaders and successfully managing talent acquisition across various functions. Prior experience includes serving as an Executive Search Consultant at Simpson & Associates Executive Search Inc., where Doris managed full-cycle search engagements and offered consulting services. Doris holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Calgary.

Trans Mountain Corporation operates Canada’s only pipeline system transporting crude oil and refined products to the West Coast.
