Klára Szabó

Klára Szabó is a seasoned professional in process management and project execution, currently serving as Process Manager at Trans-Sped since January 2020, where responsibilities include the introduction of process management approaches, documentation of processes, and the creation and delivery of training materials. Prior experiences span various roles such as Project Manager and Project Expert at Delog, as well as Senior Consultant and Consultant at Deloitte Hungary, focusing on large-scale banking industry projects. Klára has also contributed to M&A projects at AAM Management Information Consulting Ltd. and engaged in international tender coordination. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Logistics Management and a Master's in International Management from Corvinus University of Budapest and CEMS, respectively, alongside other international academic experiences.
